Institutional Use DVD & Public Performance Rights
Public Performance Rights permit screenings (where no admission is required) in classrooms, lecture halls, libraries, and public groups. These rights are restricted to a single campus and will be granted for the life of the file.
Digital Site License (DSL)
This license permits an educational institution to encode their own files from a institutional use DVD or Blu-ray disc, or to use Digital File(s) otherwise provided, in order to store the film on a secure server with a password protected connection. The files can then be transmitted via a closed circuit system that is not accessible to the public and is accessible only on a single campus to staff, faculty and those enrolled in courses at that campus. This license is valid for the life of the file.
